Enoch Kanagaraj is a nationally recognised civic and community leader and Founder & Chief Executive of the One Vision Project, the largest charity operating in Hertfordshire. The organisation delivers large-scale programmes addressing food poverty, mental health, youth development, workforce inclusion and community cohesion, working in close partnership with local authorities, NHS bodies, police services, unions, faith institutions and central government.

Enoch was awarded the British Empire Medal (BEM) for services to community leadership and social cohesion and holds formal appointment as Deputy Lord Lieutenant of Hertfordshire and the Commonwealth, representing the Crown at civic, governmental and international functions. This role places him within the highest tier of civic leadership and public trust, providing deep insight into institutional governance, diplomacy and stakeholder alignment.
As a Non-Executive Director of Sisura Innovation Ltd, Enoch provides board-level oversight on social impact, government and workforce engagement, public legitimacy and Commonwealth-facing relationships, strengthening credibility and alignment within the infrastructure and public-sector ecosystems.
