Monica built and scaled ventures from early-stage concept to commercial delivery, founding her first business at age 26 and scaling it to £3 million turnover within 2.5 years. She has subsequently supported over 3,000 SMEs, charities and high-growth ventures to access grant and investment funding, develop governance frameworks and deliver complex innovation projects.

Earlier in her career, Monica served as Business Development Project Manager for the Partnership Business Regeneration Program in Harlow, Essex, where she was engaged by (NWES) Norfolk and Waveney Enterprise Services to support the establishment of what was at that time the largest Business Enterprise Centre and Hub in the UK. This initiative brought together public and private sector partners to deliver enterprise support infrastructure, workspace development and regional economic regeneration strategy.
