Qualifications & Standing: FRSA, Marketing Degree, Two Master’s Degrees, Mini-MBA (Brand Management)
Role: Fractional Brand Strategy & Market Positioning Advisor
Lusiana Graham is a senior brand strategist and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) with over 12 years’ experience working across international markets and multi-sector brand environments, spanning aviation, higher education, health, technology, retail, arts, culture and mission-led organisations.

Through her independent consultancy practice, Lusiana has delivered brand strategy, positioning and narrative development for a diverse portfolio of organisations, including global and national brands, scale-ups and institutions. Her client and project experience includes work with organisations such as the University of Oxford and Oxford-affiliated initiatives, Berry Health, FitBark, Travel Hands, Flokefama, education and cultural institutions, and health and wellbeing ventures operating across the UK and internationally.
Her work typically spans brand architecture, audience segmentation, proposition clarity, tone-of-voice development, and the translation of complex or technical offerings into compelling, credible narratives for funders, partners and end users. She is particularly recognised for supporting early-stage and innovation-led organisations at critical moments of growth, ensuring brand development is aligned with governance, funding readiness and market credibility rather than superficial marketing activity.
As a Fractional Brand Strategy & Market Positioning Advisor to Sisura Innovation Ltd, Lusiana supports the articulation of our value proposition across infrastructure, government and investor audiences. Her role ensures brand decisions reinforce trust, legitimacy and long-term positioning, supporting Sisura’s ambition for national and international deployment.
