Role: External Strategic Advisor to Founder & Board Members
Mike Grimsdale is Founder of Graeme Consultancy and a highly experienced strategic advisor to boards, founders and leadership teams. He brings over 40 years of senior experience within British high street and commercial banking, spanning corporate banking, SME finance, risk, governance and strategic growth advisory.
In parallel with his banking career, Mike has advised innovation-led and mission-driven organisations on governance readiness, commercial strategy and leadership decision-making. As a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, he is recognised for his contribution to enterprise, innovation and responsible business practice.
As an external, non-fiduciary partner to Sisura Innovation Ltd, Mike provides independent strategic challenge and insight, supporting board-level thinking on scale, capital readiness and institutional credibility, without holding director or fiduciary responsibilities.
